Recently, the China Packaging Federation and the China Anti-Counterfeiting Industry Association each convened experts and professors from universities and research institutes to conduct technical achievement appraisal and evaluation of Techsun’s “RFID Security Chip Applied in Smart Caps” project. The appraisal committee unanimously concluded that “the project overall has reached an international advanced level.”

The technical appraisal results indicate that the high-frequency RFID chip developed by Techsun, which features both the China-encrypted SM7 security algorithm and a proprietary algorithm, presents the following major innovations:
1. Without altering the existing appearance, structure, or production process of the cap, the chip ensures that the cap is destroyed upon opening and cannot be reused. The RFID chip is seamlessly integrated with the traditional cap and achieves multi-code integration and association with the liquor box QR code, case label, and pallet code. Through the bottle-box-case-pallet multi-code association system, full-process traceability data spanning production, warehousing, logistics, distribution is displayed.
2. The chip supports key protection, one-way and two-way authentication, and encrypted stream communication, complying with Class II-B security certification for radio frequency chips.
3. It features a bottle-opening detection function. Together with the antenna and detection line, it forms an RFID tag capable of detecting the bottle-opening status and determining whether the product state has changed. The recorded state is immutable, enabling destruction upon opening, physical transfer prevention, and the elimination of secondary use.
Techsun, deeply engaged in the fields of anti-counterfeiting traceability and specialty packaging, is a National “Little Giant” Enterprise and a National Intellectual Property Advantageous Enterprise. This project holds 17 independent intellectual property patents, including 7 authorized invention patents, and has been widely applied in the liquor packaging sector, generating significant economic and social benefits.
